Thermo pine board

It is wood treated with steam and heat at a temperature of 180-215°C. Under the influence of the heat treatment process, the structure of the wood changes, and the resistance of terrace boards to external factors increases. The reaction to changes in humidity in the environment is reduced, regardless of changing weather conditions, the shape of the thermal pine terrace board remains stable. The effects of heat treatment on pine wood are most evident: dimensional stability, color darkness, and durability. Quality class AB (ratio A – 70%, B – 30%). If you dream of a pleasant feeling of wood on your balcony terrace, then this board is your no. Choice 1.

Dimensional stability

The board is stable: it doesn’t crack, it doesn’t warp, the pine doesn’t “walk” like other types of wood, such as hardwoods. It perfectly retains its shape and color.
Darkness of color – thermo pine terrace boards have a rich brown color, which depends on the temperature during the treatment process – the higher it is, the darker the color. You can also change the color of the boards by oiling them with WOCA oil.
Durability – the properties of thermally treated wood improve during the treatment process as cellulose burns out, so thermo pine boards don’t rot and the terrace becomes more durable. This is relevant in the unstable and rather harsh climate of Lithuania.

Newwood WPC board

Newood WPC boards are not only stable but also visually appealing. Using these boards, you can implement unique exterior projects, satisfying the taste of even the most demanding property owners. The first aesthetic distinction of Newwood boards is their authentic color and color combinations. The boards are double-sided, each side a different color – both sides of the board are useful. Terrace boards exposed to atmospheric phenomena may start to mold or rot, lose color. With professional deep impregnation, pine boards are given additional protection, which guarantees resistance to moisture and changing weather conditions.

Aluminum lugs

Profiles do not require maintenance, they are not affected by corrosion and biodegradation. Aluminum profiles are light, strong and simple, which makes them easier to assemble.

Pedestals

The support for the terrace is used on a solid base: cobblestones, concrete, balconies, roofs, crushed stone, gravel, earth. Special plastic, extremely resistant to temperature changes (from -40 °C to 120 °C), UV rays, wind, moisture, acids. These pedestals are fully recyclable. The set will also include rubber terrace pads for installing pedestals.
