Scandic WPC Solid solid wood imitation/grooved terrace board is a combination of Scandinavian design, practicality and sustainability. These boards are produced using the most advanced wood composite technologies, which is why they have a unique combination of wood and plastic properties. As a result, they are highly resistant to external influences and perfectly suited to our climate conditions. Natural wood imitation patterns give the boards an authentic look, reminiscent of real wood.
This impression is further enhanced by the raised relief of the 3D board, which resembles the texture of natural wood.

Simple installation
These boards have another advantage – quick and easy installation. It is recommended to use an invisible fastening system, for the installation of which ordinary tools are sufficient. Properly installed boards are stable and strong, and the surface remains smooth, without visible nails, screws or other fasteners. This ensures comfort when walking barefoot and gives a uniform aesthetic appearance.
Resistance to mould and rot
The boards are characterised by their resistance to frost and temperature fluctuations, sun exposure, water vapour and mould damage. Scandic WPC Solid terrace boards are therefore suitable for outdoor use in a wide range of exterior projects.

Sustainability
Scandic WPC corrugated wood imitation terrace boards are made using solar energy. Only recycled plastic (HDPE) is used in the production of the tapes.
Composition of Scandic WPC Solid plastic-composite boards:
60 percent bamboo wood flour
30% recycled plastic (HDPE)
10 percent additives, stabilizers
Technical guidance:
- The boards must not be laid directly on the ground, but must be secured to beams of a suitable support structure.
- We recommend using aluminium or galvanised metal profiles and wooden beams for the support structure. The structure shall be designed to form parallel, evenly spaced rows with a slope for drainage.
- The slope from the side of the building should be 5-10mm per 1m. The recommended distance between lagging should not exceed 40 cm. To prevent the boards from bunching up, we recommend reducing the spacing between the first and second side lags to 20 cm.
- When joining the boards, an expansion gap of 6 mm is required.
