Installation and maintenance of Siberian larch boards

If installing over the top, choose Expandet or another type of stainless steel wood screws. There is a myth that larch boards can be left without oiling and will last “forever”. The truth is that quality oil does not peel, and it is recommended to oil larch. Boards prepared in this way are less prone to chipping, patterns will not appear. The oil moisturizes the wood, which makes it less likely to split, gives it color and a more aesthetic appearance.
