Reliable technology
Continuous spiral welding in the lower part of the threaded piles prevents movement of the foundation and anchors it securely in the ground. S235 steel with an anti-corrosive, hot-dip galvanised coating is used in the construction, making the pole safe, durable and resistant to external influences. The upper part of the screw pile is available in different shapes (U, L, M, N, G, etc.) and can be adapted to different types of fixing structures. It is also possible to choose the desired length and width of the screw pile, depending on the building parameters. The threaded pile can withstand point loads of up to seven tonnes and ensure the stability of the structure in frozen ground (frost).
Versatile mobility
Threaded piles are renowned for their versatility and wide range of applications. The installation location is not influenced by the surface terrain of the site and can be threaded into almost any soil. With the help of screw-in piles, the foundations can be installed in places that are difficult for vehicles to reach: slopes, water bodies, marshes, marinas, sand or coastal dunes. The ability to install threaded piles in all seasons is one of the biggest advantages, avoiding seasonality and allowing construction projects to be completed faster. In addition, the helical piles can be dismantled and reused if the site needs to be relocated.
