If necessary, we will consult on terrace installation issues or offer the help of professional craftsmen. If you purchase too much material, you can return the excess to us within 14 days. Screw foundations – designed for installing solid terrace foundations without using concrete and pre-drilling. They can be installed at any time of the year. This is a very fast and convenient way to form a stable and reliable foundation for a terrace. Choose a U-type foundation if you will screw the frame to the foundation “ear” or M if you will install the frame with a long thread. If the foundation is raised above the ground, choose a longer model.

Lages

Bottom joists – for durability and reliability, 35×50 aluminum profiles are usually used to install a hardwood terrace frame. As a standard, the bottom joist is laid in the same number of squares as the terrace.
Upper rafters – aluminum profile beams are durable, resistant to load and environmental factors. Most often, 35×50 millimeter aluminum profiles or beams of similar dimensions are used for the upper frame of a hardwood terrace. As a standard, the square footage of the upper frame is calculated by multiplying the square footage of the terrace x3. The resulting number of meters is divided by the length of the selected rafter. This will tell you how many units of aluminum profile rafters you need.

Boards

Hardwood boards – hardwood terrace boards are characterized by stiffness, strength, impact resistance, medium shrinkage and good stability. Stable, proven board. As an exotic species, it moves little, beautiful color. Fastened with A4 Camo screws. It is recommended to double the lags at the front and back of the structure, and the following gaps between the lags are 35 – 40 cm to control curling. The recommended gap between the boards is 7 mm. It is recommended to drill through the hardwood with a drill before screwing. If the boards are joined end to end along the length, it is necessary to leave 3-4 mm gaps. The boards can also be fixed with a special invisible fastening from below. The recommended frame for the structure is FAVA amargosa, larch or other hardwood.

Choose the length of the board based on the desired length of the terrace and the direction of the boards on the terrace, and calculate the required quantity as follows: divide the terrace area by the width of the board and you will get the quantity in units. For example, for a 12 m2 terrace (3x4m), 24 pcs. of terrace boards 26x120x4000m (4m/0.12m = ± 25 boards) would be enough.

Geotextile – used to stabilize, separate, and filter soil. Geotextile is laid under the terrace frame and pressed down with soil, gravel, or sand to prevent the growth of unwanted grass.
Geotextile pins – a pin with a metal nail is used to press geotextiles.
Frame fasteners for screw foundations – these fasteners are used when installing the frame on screw foundations. Special coating for outdoor work.
G-tape – high-quality adhesive tape made in Japan. Protects wood from moisture and rot, resistant to external factors. Can be re-glued several times. Designed for outdoor use.

Frame screws – used for frame installation work.
CAMO screws for boards (wooden casing) – using them creates a beautiful, smooth, screw-free terrace surface, giving an aesthetic feeling of cleanliness, modernity, and safety for walking barefoot.
Invisible fasteners (for metal housing) – allow you to achieve an optimal connection pattern and create a beautiful terrace surface without screws.
Screws for the sides of the terrace – used for lateral fastening of the terrace.

Woca terrace oil is a product that helps to complete terrace installation work with high quality, providing a final aesthetic appearance. Woca oil serves as a terrace maintenance product, protecting it from external factors and ensuring a longer service life of hardwood wood.
