Black self-tapping screw
Self-tapping screw for installing aluminum lags . Made of stainless steel, painted black.
Purpose
To attach the clamp between the boards to the aluminum frame when installing WPC boards or soft and stable wooden terrace boards, such as Termo medis.
Metal
MDS terraces offer self-tapping screws made of SS410 grade stainless steel. This grade of metal is harder than our usual A2 or A4.
Usage
Best suited for aluminum due to easy drilling. It is recommended to pre-drill when screwing into regular metal. The elasticity properties of SS410 are not suitable for use in larch and other hardwoods.
