Reseller Terms
Minimum Order Quantities: Initial order of 2000 EUR with subsequent orders of 1000 EUR
Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options to suit your business needs:
- Net 30 Days: Payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Credit Card: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for your convenience.
- ACH Transfer/Wire Transfer: For larger orders, you may choose to make payment via ACH or wire transfer.
* Please note that initial orders may require a deposit. We’re happy to discuss customized payment terms based on your specific order volume and history.
Sales Territory
We believe in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. Our standard reseller agreements do not include exclusive territories. This allows you to focus your efforts on building your business without geographic limitations. However, we are open to discussing exclusive territory options for resellers who demonstrate exceptional performance and commitment to our brand.

We value collaborative marketing efforts to maximize the success of our reseller program. While we don’t have strict minimum requirements, we encourage you to:

- Participate in co-op advertising: We offer a co-op advertising program where we'll match a percentage of your eligible marketing expenses.
- Share leads: If you receive inquiries for projects outside your service area, we encourage you to share them with us. We'll reciprocate by referring leads to you when appropriate.
- Social media promotion: Share our social media content and engage with us on your own channels to increase brand awareness.
